The Road to Svardaelfheimr

Behold, the path to Svardaelfheimr! Abandoned Svariin metropolis carved into the many-caverned heart of the northern mountains. Where cat-footed Novitiates walk the Hall of Candles, tending the flames of the dead, the Warden of Glassgarden sits in eternal and maddening solitude amid the gloom-glittered leaves, and the shadows are haunted by the Blue Brotherhood, guardians of the highest vaults and farthest palaces of the demesnes of silver-pillared Stonehall, waiting patiently through the ages for their Shadow-King's return.

Descended of the Highblood of Svardaelfheimr is the young and fiery Thuren, cousin to the Thegn of the Svarii of the Grey Foothills, who have built their hard, modest dwellings in the ghostly shade of their ancestors' former glory.
